Another point to bear in mind is that there is a very strong line (the edge of the water) which leads the eye toward those houses on the left of frame, rather than the focal point of the image, which is the impressive rock arch. Consider hunting around the beach for something that will assist with this - pieces of driftwood, seaweed etc often work.

You have done a good job of managing the depth of field given that you shot this at f4, but it would have been good to get more of the foreground and background in sharp detail if possible. Try changing to f11 or so and slowing the shutter speed accordingly.
